Though we don’t show too many models online, we produce over hundreds of styles covering all over the markets, most are custom made for customers. From sliding door, hinged pivot door, bifold door to frameless shower door and many more.
Numerous unit shapes and sizes suitable for any bathroom, from small bathroom to large: 700mm, 800mm, 900mm, 1000mm, 1200mm wide to height of 1800mm, 1850mm, 1900 or 2000mm you name it.
Glass thickness available in 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, with optional easy clean function. Glass patterns from black grid, smoke grey, rain glass, to reeded shower glass.
Our shower frame colours can be classic chrome, white, to popular black, luxury brushed brass, gold or high-end gunmetal grey, we can custom make any colour you want.
Our shower door factory has 6 production lines equipped with robotic assembly line, we can efficiently produce 35000 pcs shower enclosures per month, and this still hasn’t reached full productivity, we can increase freely according to development.
With 20 years shower door industrial experience, we are quite familiar with the whole supply chain of the shower enclosure industry. For the main materials like tempered glass and aluminium profiles, through vertical setup we get great advantage on cost prices, on time delivery as well as quality control.
We have our own quality control department and proceed at least 4 inspections of each order production: pre raw materials inspection, materials inspection when arrive, in line inspection during manufacturing and final inspection before container loading, we keep records and issue our inspection report to share with our customers.
We set a warehouse in Hangzhou, capital city of top China’s manufacturing base Zhejiang province, near Ningbo port, easier to collect other bathroom accessories and assist our partners to do the order consolidation, once those small accessories like taps and shower head reach to full container, we load and ship directly to lower customer’s cost by LCL goods.
